Alfred previously spent 5 years working for various mining companies, where he experienced first-hand the devastating effects of illegal mining. Cephas Odartey Lamptey is a seasoned lawyer with over 30 years of experience specializing in land and tax disputes. His extensive expertise in real estate litigation, coupled with his strategic approach to complex legal disputes, makes him a formidable advocate in the field of property law. As the immediate past Deputy Commissioner and Head of the Legal Department of Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Mr. Lamptey superintended the litigation of high-stake tax related constitutional cases, tax assessment disputes and arbitration matters, successfully leading the Authority's legal battles against multinational corporations and prosecution of tax offenders. In private practice, he has built a distinguished career in land and real estate litigation, representing numerous clients in high-profile land cases across various regions in Ghana.

He focuses on dispute resolution and advising on complex finance transactions, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganizations. His extensive experience in navigating the regulatory and compliance regimes within the finance, energy, and securities sectors equips him with the ability to offer constructive solutions grounded in legal expertise and sound business judgment. Chad also serves as Company Secretary for several companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Laws from GIMPA, and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, complemented by internships with Baker McKenzie and Latham & Watkins, and experience at Nasiba, a venture capital and investment banking firm in Dubai.

Daniel is a lawyer licensed to practice in Ghana. He previously spent time with ENSafrica Ghana and Ferociter (now Templars Ghana) honing his legal skills, and is a member of the Chartered Fraud Examiners. Daniel's work extends across criminal trial and appellate practices. He is currently an LLM candidate at the University of Cape Town, specializing in Criminal Law and Public Policy, and was previously a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana Law School and GIMPA Law Faculty. Daniel has played a pivotal role in advising on numerous public sector EPC contracts with the Government of Ghana, and has acted as legal counsel to mergers & acquisitions of downstream oil and gas corporations.

Denis Wedam Pwaberi, also known as P.D. Wedam, is a private legal practitioner and media professional with a strong commitment to justice, public education and social impact. He is a lawyer in general practice with Black Star Legal Services PRUC, where he handles criminal law, human rights, commercial transactions, land disputes, matrimonial causes, and labour-related matters. In furtherance of his passion for justice and fairness, he also undertakes selected cases on a pro bono basis, particularly in support of vulnerable and underserved persons seeking access to justice. Dr Enam Antonio is a Martin Flynn Global Law Professor at the University of Connecticut Law School and a lecturer at the Law Faculty of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She has over 14 years in practice as a lawyer and a teacher, and is a researcher in the field of climate change law and policy, with current research interests in climate change mitigation, adaptation action and just transitions in Africa, as well as ESG and sustainability practices. Dr Enam is a co-founder of The Environmental Law and Policy Initiative (ELPI), a non-governmental organization committed to promoting environmentally sustainable development through legal research, policy advocacy, and capacity building.

Ernest is a lawyer, licensed to practice in Ghana by the General Legal Council, highly regarded for his advocacy skills. He supports the dispute practice of the firm, with areas of expertise including energy, natural resources, commercial litigation, property acquisition transactions, criminal defense and general business and regulatory advisory. Ernest has strong ties with regulators which he brings to the benefit of clients in providing regulatory advice and support, with previous work experience across several state agencies. He holds a master's degree in Energy Law, a degree in Accounting and Business Management, a Bachelor of Laws degree, and a qualifying certificate to practise law from the Ghana School of Law.
