Administration (GIMPA) in Accra, Ghana. She has over 14 years in practice as a lawyer and a teacher. She is a researcher in the field of climate change law and policy. Her current research interests focus broadly on climate change mitigation, adaptation action and just transitions in Africa, as well as ESG and sustainability practices.

Dr Enam is a co-founder of The Environmental Law and Policy Initiative (ELPI). ELPI Ghana is a non-governmental organization committed to promoting environmentally sustainable development through legal research, policy advocacy, and capacity building. Founded by a network of scholars and professionals passionate about the intersection of law, environment, and economic development, ELPI aims to foster thought leadership, influence policy, and empower stakeholders—from the judiciary to local communities—to engage in evidence-based environmental governance. Through conferences, workshops, publications, and public education, ELPI strives to shape a Ghanaian approach to sustainable development that meets today’s needs without compromising the future.
